The Indian embassy in Tel Aviv has cautioned its nationals in Israel to “avoid unnecessary travel” in the country amid Iran’s warning to retaliate following the assassination of Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran. “Please exercise caution, avoid unnecessary travel within the country, and stay close to safety shelters,” the advisory read. Earlier this week, India had also issued a similar advisory to its nationals in Lebanon following the Golan Heights attack. Watch this video for more information.
