Weeks ahead of the results to be announced for the assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, the political dynamic in the state is changing. BSP Supremo Mayawati, who has maintained a low-profile through this election season, cautiously praised Home Minister Amit Shah for acknowledging her efforts. While the BSP chief thanked the Union home minister for acknowledging her party’s relevance, she added that they will get votes not only of Dalits, but Muslims, OBCs, and upper castes as well. She also slammed Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav and said that his disappointment is now showing on his face. She added that no one will vote for the SP in these elections.
