PM Narendra Modi said that his government has been working on schemes for the "benefit of farmers" amid massive protests across India. "We gave a Modi guarantee to farmers... Banks did not give them loans, but we gave guarantees to the farmers," he said while addressing the public after laying the foundation stone in AIIMS Rewari.
