15 UP Labourers heading home for Diwali killed after bus rams into a truck in Madhya Pradesh

More than a dozen people died in a bus accident in Madhya Pradesh's Rewa district late last night. The bus carrying 100 passengers collided with a truck stationed on a roadside after it had met with an accident. The passengers were all labourers from UP and were heading home to celebrate the Diwali festival. 40 people were injured in the accident. The bus was en route to Gorakhpur in UP from Hyderabad. PM Narendra Modi, UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath and MP chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan expressed grief over the accident.
