After Train Climbs Platform In Mathura, Probe Blames 'Drunk' Staffer Who Was Busy On Phone

Preliminary probe details emerged after an electric multiple-unit train climbed onto platform number two at Mathura station. A joint report revealed that a staffer, who was allegedly drunk while handling the train, caused the accident.
