'Against Islam': Kashmir clerics ask govt to stop 'Hindu' practices in schools

Muttahida Majlis-e-Ulema (MMU), a collective of around 30 Islamic religious and educational organisations in Kashmir, has urged the government and education department to stop practices like “singing of bhajans and Surya Namaskars” in schools as it was hurting the religious sentiments of Muslims.
