The Pakistani connection between absconding Khalistan extremist Amritpal Singh and his arrested, key aide Delhi resident Daljit Singh Kalsi has been established. The latter was seen submitting a memorandum against India to the Consul General of Pakistan in the Sikh separatist hub of Canada's Vancouver. Daljit Kalsi was arrested past weekend under Section 3 (2) of the National Security Act. He is known to be the key aide cum advisor of Amritpal Singh - the absconding leader of the so-called ‘Waris De Punjab movement.’
