Indian diplomat ripped into Pakistan and Turkey for raking up the Kashmir issue at the UN Human Rights Council. Anupama Singh, India's first secretary at UN, said that a country soaked in red has a no right to comment on India's internal affairs. She said that Pakistan has a truly abysmal human rights record.
