Indian Armymen Go Missing After Flash Floods Submerge Camps, Cut Off North Sikkim | Watch

23 Army personnel are missing after cloudburst triggered flash flood in north Sikkim. The floods submerged Army camps and 41 of their vehicles. 30 people and six bridges have reportedly been washed away and the disaster has cut off North Sikkim from India. Defence officials told the PTI that the release of water from the Chungthang dam led to a sudden increase in water levels up to 15-20 feet high downstream. Watch for more details.
