Modi govt invites Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to India. Here is why.

India has invited Pakistan's foreign minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari for SCO meeting to be held in Goa. The invite, a Reuters report said, was sent via Indian High Commission in Islamabad. It was not immediately clear whether Bilawal will travel will travel to India or not. The development comes days after Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif expressed desire to hold talks with India.
