Pak rakes up Kashmir to hide Peshawar failure? Army huddle discusses J&K 'human rights'

Pak Army raked up Kashmir when they met on Tuesday to discuss tackling the rising terrorism that their country is facing. The Pak military top brass met following the devasting suicide bombing on Monday that claimed the lives of at least 100 people and injured over 200. According to a report on The Express Tribune the commanders discussed 'rights violations' in Jammu and Kashmir. This comes at a time when the Pak establishment seems to have failed to contain the increase in militant violence from spreading to big cities like Peshawar and Islamabad.
