Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Startup Mahakumbh event in Delhi on March 20. He began with a political joke which was seen as aimed at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. PM Modi had made a similar comment in Parliament a month earlier. The latest jibe came amid a BJP-Opposition war of words over Rahul Gandhi's comment that the INDIA bloc was not fighting Modi, but an oppressive 'Shakti', or power.
