Putin’s ‘friend’ Netanyahu asks him to rethink Russia-Ukraine war
Israel’s opposition leader former prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu has criticized Putin’s decision to invade Ukraine, and urged him to reconsider, in his most direct criticism yet of the war. In an interview with USA Today, Netanyahu said that he thought Putin’s decision to go to war in Ukraine was 'guided by his vision of reconstituting a great Russian realm'. He also said that he has sympathy with Ukraine.
