More visuals continued to pour out of Himachal Pradesh's Dharamshala, dealing with flash floods following a cloudburst. Footage showed water flowing at dangerous speeds on the streets. Vehicles were submerged in the flood water. Himachal Chief Minister Jairam Thakur said that no casualties had been reported so far.
