Watch: J&K govt employee fired for 'celebrating' Pak win over India at T20 WC

Another instance of a person being penalised for allegedly celebrating Pakistan's victory in the recent match against India at the T20 Cricket World Cup has emerged. Safiya Majeed, an operation theatre technician at the Rajouri Government Medical College, was terminated from service after authorities claimed to have received a viral video of her WhatsApp status which featured celebration over the match result. Recently, some Kashmiri students in Uttar Pradesh's Agra were arrested over a similar charge. Medical students at a Srinagar institute were also booked for alleged celebration. In Rajasthan's Udaipur, a private school sacked a teacher for allegedly hailing Pakistan's victory. Watch the full video for more.
