Mehul Choksi, a fugitive businessman fleeing prosecution in India, is now in they eye of a storm in the Caribbean. After disappearing from Antigua & Barbuda on May 23, he resurfaced in Dominica, and was detained for alleged illegal entry. Ever since, the prime ministers of the two island nations have been facing allegations from Opposition politicians of being involved in a 'plot' to capture Choksi and have him sent back to India.
