Delhi Police made a sixth arrest on the parliament breach case. Mahesh Kumawat was arrested for allegedly helping "mastermind" Lalit Jha escape from Delhi. Meanwhile, reports say that the accused planned to self-immolate inside parliament before settling on just using smoke canisters.
