The footage shows Routh during an April 2022 protest in Ukraine, where he labeled Russian President Vladimir Putin a "terrorist" and called for global action against him. Routh's strong anti-Putin remarks were made while he was in Ukraine, supporting those trapped in Mariupol. The video resurfaced following his arrest for an apparent assassination attempt on Trump.
