‘Coming back from exile’: How Babul Supriyo went from TMC critic to party member

Babul Supriyo, who recently joined the Trinamool Congress, after quitting the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), spoke on his “arrangement” with TMC. Supriyo said being inducted in TMC was like “coming back from exile”.  Supriyo also talked about West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and said that a politician makes several comments from their own positions. “She is a very senior politician…there is no permanent enmity in politics,” Supriyo added.
