UK Govt intensifies crackdown on 'rioters' after India-Pak violence in Leicester

UK police investigating the clashes that took place between groups of men in Leicester following an India-Pakistan match in August, have made 12 more arrests this month. The British police said in an update this week that its investigating team is working through the evidence and has identified a number of suspects. They said they have conducted inquiries to work up to making over 47 arrests in connection with the communal clashes.
