Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensy has admitted that U.S. Abrams tanks made "no difference" in the battle against Russia. Zelensky said that 31 donated vehicles were too few to become a game-changer. But at the same, the Ukrainian President praised the American weapon's quality.
