After Spooking USA, Russia Navy Now Scares Its Ally Japan Amid Putin's North Korea Trip: Watch How

Russia began a 10-day naval exercise on June 18, involving dozens of ships sailing in the Pacific Ocean, Sea of Japan, and Sea of Okhotsk. Several ships and a submarine sailed out to sea from the Far East city of Vladivostok, an operational base for Russia's Pacific Fleet. 40 ships, boats, and support vessels as well as about 20 planes and helicopters will participate in the exercise, as per the Russian Defense Ministry.
