In a long, open letter shared on Twitter, Naor Gilon called out the filmmaker for abusing invitation to India and termed his remarks shameful. He also asked Lapid to apologise to the hosts (India). Former Israeli ambassador also echoed Naor Gilon. Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri and actor Anupam Kher lashed the filmmaker for his remarks. Watch this video to find out who said what.
