Russia on July 9 denied targeting Kyiv's main children's hospital with missiles. A day after the attack, Russia claimed that a Ukrainian fire hit the hospital. Russian Foreign Ministry said a Ukraine-fired NASAMS missile hit the hospital. On the other, Ukraine accused Russia of striking the hospital with a cruise missile. Watch for more.
