US President-elect Donald Trump vowed to end the Russia-Ukraine war that has been raging for more than three years. In a victory speech just before the inauguration, Trump addressed a gathering and said, "I will end the war in Ukraine. I will stop the chaos in the Middle East. And I will prevent World War 3 from happening." He also slammed the previous Biden administration, saying, "They gave it to the Taliban.
