Amid reports of persisting tension in Kyrgyzstan, AIMIM MP Asaduddin Owaisi made an appeal to India's foreign minister S. Jaishankar. Owaisi shared a video on social media site X (formerly Twitter), which purportedly showed an Indian student in Kyrgyzstan calling up the embassy for help. Owaisi added that a student had told him that they had not eaten in 5 days.
