A Turkish court came under attack after two armed persons tried to target the justice building in Istanbul. The two armed persons, a man and a woman, were gunned down while six people including three police officers were injured. Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya alleged the attackers belonged to proscribed group DHKP-C which had taken a hostage at the same court in 2015 and attacked U.S. Embassy in Ankara in 2013. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan vowed to continue to fight against terrorism.
