Now, Biden govt announces 7-point plan. Enough to keep Taliban in control?

After the United States exited Afghanistan ahead of its deadline, US apprised the world of its future plans on diplomacy and engagement with the Taliban. US secretary of State Antony Blinken enlisted a 7 point plan and detailed how the country will approach Afghanistan after its exit.
