At least 12 people were killed and scores were injured in Ukraine's Dnipro city after Russia unleashed a fresh barrage of missiles across Ukraine. Russian missiles targeted a nine-storey apartment building in Dnipro. Rescue teams worked overnight in sub-zero temperatures to clear the debris. Reuters reported that more people are stuck underneath the debris of the building. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky appealed for more Western weapons to fight against Putin's brutal aggression.
