The U.S has clarified that it will not send Patriot missile systems to Ukraine. This after the former Russian President warned NATO against arming Ukraine with Patriots amid Russia's war. The governor of Russia's Kursk accused Ukraine of bombing the city 11 times that allegedly led to power outages in the area.
