Chinese president Xi Jinping has extended his support to Kazakhstan counterpart Kassym-Jomart Tokayev whose government faces an unprecedented unrest in the country after protests over fuel prices turned violent, leading to dozens of deaths and a collapse of public order. Jinping in a message to Tokayev lauded his government for steps to restore the calm in the oil-rich country. Chinese president said that Beijing rejects any attempt by external forces to foment trouble in Kazakhstan. This as Tokayev issued a shoot-to-kill order to his troops. Watch this video for more.
