10 jaw-dropping images of nebulae captured by NASA's Hubble Space telescope

The space is home to innumerable galaxies and nebulae. The US space agency NASA frequently shares gorgeous images of nebulae captured by its Hubble Space telescope. Here are some of them.

This stunning image shared by NASA's Hubble Space Telescope shows the star cluster Pismis 24, lying in the core of the large emission nebula NGC 6357 that extends on degree in the direction of Scorpius constellation.

This astounding image captured by NASA's Hubble Space Telescope's Advanced Camera for Surveys, is of a broad vista of young stars and clouds in our neighbouring galaxy, the Large Magellanic Cloud.

NASA's Hubble Space Telescope captured this image of a stellar eruption looking like a giant and brightly coloured ribbon in NGC 5189.

This colourful image of the Boomerang Nebula captured by NASA was taken with Hubble Space Telescope's Advanced Camera for Surveys. The photo show a cloud of dust and gas in different colors.

This striking image shared by NASA shows a star-forming region in the Large Magellanic Cloud. The image features a large number of low-mass infant stars coexisting with young stars.

This striking image is of the star V838 Monocerotis, as seen by NASA's Hubble Space Telescope. It is located about 20,000 light-years away from Earth.

This breathtaking image captured by NASA's Hubble Space Telescope is of a reflection nebula in the constellation Orion. The image shows a fog-like smoke curling around a star and shining bright.

Captured by NASA's Hubble Space Telescope's Advanced Camera for Surveys, this astounding image is of the Kepler's Supernova in our Milky Way.

This beautiful image from the Digitised Sky Survey shows the area around the Lagoon Nebula. It shows the nebula filled with intense winds emitting from hot stars.

This dreamy image captured by NASA's Hubble Space Telescope is of the Eagle Nebula's Pillars of Creation. The image shows the pillars of dust and gas observed in infrared light.
