Utkatasana

Vrikshasana

Also known as the tree pose, this balancing yoga asana helps tone the leg muscles. 

Setu Bandha Sarvangasana

This yoga asana targets the glutes, hips, hamstrings, and lower back. It is effective in strengthening the legs and toning the thigh.

Trikonasana

This downward-bending asana helps stretch the thighs, hips, and back muscles. It also helps stretch the hamstring muscles.

Virabhadrasana

This yoga asana targets the hip flexors, gluteal muscles, inner thigh and ankle. It helps to tone and lengthen the muscles in your legs.
